Privacy & contact information
Last updated: October 14, 2026
BeVative Software is an early-stage independent software venture based in Michigan. This notice explains what happens to information you send through our contact form or by email.
Information you choose to provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and optionally your company and the general subject of your inquiry. Please avoid including passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to read and respond to your message, understand potential project or workflow needs, and maintain relevant correspondence. We do not add contact-form senders to a marketing newsletter or sell inquiry information.
Service providers
When enabled, the contact form is submitted to Formspree, a third-party form processor that handles spam filtering and delivers messages to our inbox. Business email is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. The website uses Cloudflare hosting and security services. Those services may handle submission content or standard technical information needed to operate their systems.
Interactive demonstrations
Our three demo applications use fictional business records. When you change sample records or add files, that information is stored locally in your current browser rather than uploaded to a BeVative database. You can restore the original fictional dataset using each demo’s Reset control, or remove local browser storage through your browser settings. Please do not enter sensitive or real customer information into a demonstration.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably useful for responding to an inquiry or maintaining a related business conversation, subject to provider retention and applicable requirements. If you'd like to request deletion of a message you sent, contact us and we'll review your request.
